Birthday Celebration

I created this card for the Birthday Bash over at Catch the Bug Challenges.  This is for day 1 (Saturday) theme of Bingo.  Here is the bingo board.....

I picked across the top row.... BLING - BALLOONS - EMBOSSING.  

I created my card by starting with a pink (berry blush) card base.  I embossed a piece of pale pink card stock using a Cuttlebug embossing folder (dots) and added a piece of pink plaid paper to the bottom. I added a piece of white ribbon.  I colored the image using Spectrum Noir pens then backed it in pale pink and white card stock. The image is Bugaboo Brats Girl Balloon Sitter from Bugaboo Stamps. I stamped the sentiment directly onto the bottom of the card.  I added pink gems to the corners of the card.
