Bambi Bubble Gum

Hi again! I'm back with a 3rd card to share tonight.  I used Bambi Bubble Gum from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and colored it using Spectrum Noir pens.  I also added a little gloss to the glass on the gumball machine using a white gloss pen.

I used the sketch from Cheerful Sketches.

I layered card stock, embossing and gems to finish the front of my card.  I created the star paper by adding lime green ink to a star embossing folder and then embossed a piece of white card stock. The color combination I used is from the challenge at Crafty Gals Corner.  I used the green and soft blue as the main colors on my card and added just a "POP" of purple by adding the purple gems.

Happy Birthday Dude!

Hi everyone! I made this birthday card using this great new image from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. It is part of  the Wild And Crazy Guys stamp set. I colored this image using Spectrum Noir pens.  This was my first time attempting to do a sky background on my image.  I used the cloud template from Netty's Cards and a light blue ink pad along with makeup sponges to create the sky.  This was also my first attempt at adding grass.  I followed the grass tutorial by Melanie Holtz found here.

I used the sketch from Sketchy Colors.

I layered card stock and patterned papers to finish the front of my card.  The sentiment I used is also from the Wild And Crazy Guys stamp set.

Good evening everyone! I'm back to share another card.  The image I used on this one is from Kraftin' Kimmie's Squishy Hugs stamp set. I colored the image with Spectrum Noir pens.

I used Kraftin' Kimmie's May Sketch.

I layered card stock, patterned paper, punching, die cuts, embossing, ribbon and gems to finish my card.  The image is cut out using a rectangle embossing die. The clouds are created using a cloud embossing folder and then I cut out around a couple of the clouds.  The punching is done with an edge border punch (cherish).

The colors I used are from the challenge at Cupcake Inspirations.

Waterlily Tilda

Hi everyone! I'm back with my second card for today. For this card I used Waterlily Tilda from Magnolia Stamps.  I colored this image using Spectrum Noir Pens and added blue chalk to the image to give it a soft sky look. I also added star dust stickles to the water, her dress and hairbow.

I layered card stock, patterned paper, punching, ribbon, lace, flowers and gems to finish the front of my card.  The ribbon is actually hiding in behind the lace so it's hard to see it in this photo.  The punching is done using a lace border punch.  I cut around the image using an oval template and scalloped scissors.
