The challenge at Creatalicious was to use the color combination of pink (or plum) with burgundy and green.

Snowflake Card

This card is for 2 challenges. The Mojo Monday challenge and the Papertake Weekly challenge.
The Mojo Monday week 106 challenge was to create a card using this sketch:
The Papertake Weekly challenge was to use the color combination of black and white plus 1. The plus 1 color could be any color that you wanted to use. So I decided to think a little outside of the box this time and make a Christmas card using this color combination. The color that I chose to use was a hot pink. Definitely not colors you would normally see on a Christmas card. But I'm very happy with the way that it turned out.
So here's my finished card. Please let me know what you think.

Stamptacular Sunday Challenge #26

This week the challenge at Stamptacular Sunday Challenge is to create a project with a tag on it. The tag can be either visible or hidden. Here is the card I made:
I made this double pocket card to hold a special added treat. The tag is actually a book mark! It says: "the Lord is the light that guides me". The stamps I used are from the Greeting Farm.

It might be a little hard to see the tag in this picture. It is a vellum tag and when I took the picture I forgot to place it on a darker piece of paper to allow the tag to stand out. This was also the first time that I have made a pocket card. Very fun to make and I am sure that I will make another one before too long.

Sketch Saturday Challenge Sketch #70

This week the challenge at Sketch Saturday was to create a card using sketch #70 (pictured below)
I have been working on alot of Christmas cards so I decided to take a break and do something different. I made this baby girl card.

Fall Card

I made this card for 3 challenges. Incy Wincy Designs, All Sorts and Crazy 4 Challenges.
The challenge at Incy Wincy Designs was to create a project using the colors of fall. The challenge at All Sorts was to be inspired by autumn. And the challenge at Crazy 4 Challenges was to use the following sketch.
Here is my finished card:
