Love Is In The Air

I created this anniversary card using Bird Swing from Wee Stamps. I started with a pink card base and added a piece of pink floral patterned paper to it.  I punched a strip of white card stock using an eyelet lace border punch, I added a piece of light blue ribbon and bow to the top of the white piece and added it to the bottom of the card.  I colored the image using Spectrum Noir pens and backed it in pink.  I added 3 pink rhinestones to the upper corner of the card and 3 more just under the image.

Love You

Here is a love card that I created using Bird Swing from Wee Stamps.
I stared with a white card base.  I added a pastel yellow piece of card stock that I cut just a little smaller than the base. I cut a strip of yellow stripped patterned paper and added a piece of white card stock at the bottom that I had punched using an eyelet lace border punch. I colored the image using crayola and prisma color pencils. I cut it out in an oval, backed it in pastel yellow and then again in white. I cut around it using scallop scissors. I backed the image in pastel yellow card stock and then again in white card stock.  I added 2 yellow paper daisies to the bottom corner of the image and then added a white pearl to the center of each. I also added 3 white pearls to the upper corner.

Winter

Today I get to share with you my very first card as guest designer at Creative Stamp Friends.  I am so excited as I will be a guest designer for the months of January, February and March!!! How cool is that!!  So this week the challenge theme is WINTER.  The image I used, Christmas Bunny, is from Wee Stamps.

I started with a white card base.  To it I added layers of light blue and white card stock.  The embossing is done by using a cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder. I colored the image using crayola and prisma color pencils.  I punched snowflakes out of white card stock and mini snowflakes out of light blue card stock.  To get the finished look of each snowflake I layered a light blue snowflake on top of a white snowflake. I added crystal stickles and a white pearl to the center.  I also added crystal stickles to all the white card stock (except the embossed piece), and to the snow on the image. I added carrara marble glitter glue to the fur on the hat. I finished the card by adding 3 white pearls to the upper corner.

The glitter that I added to the hat was part of the Martha Stewart glitter glue set that my kiddos got me as a Christmas gift.  This was the first time that I have used this brand of glitter glue and I LOVE IT! I can't wait to use it again. LOL.

Laughter & Love

I created this Christmas card using WINTER FAIRY from Wee Stamps.

Tip: When adding gold stickles to your card. If you add it to kraft card stock it will POP a little better.  Also if you get it a little thinner in one spot it's harder to see because the gold blends in with the kraft.

I'm Dreaming of a "PINK" Christmas

I'm dreaming of a "pink" Christmas...... to create my card using Winter Fairy from Wee Stamps.

I created this card starting with a white card base.  I cut a piece of sugar n spice card stock a little smaller than the card base.  I added a piece of pink flocking card stock down the side of the card with a strip of white that I punched using an eyelet lace border punch.

I colored the image using crayola and prisma colored pencils.  I backed the image in sugar n spice and then in white. I added white flocking to the fur on her jacket, earmuffs and boots. I added crystal stickles to the flowers on her jacket, mittens and in her hair, to the ground and to her wings.  I punched a snowflake out of white card stock and added it to the upper corner of the image.  I added crystal stickles to the snowflake with a pink rhinestone in the center. I also added a smaller snowflake punched out of white card stock and added it to the end of her wand.  I added crystal snowflakes and a mini pink rhinestone to the snowflake.
