I made this Mother's Day card using Tea Cup Fairy from Mo's Digital Pencil.  I used the sketch from this week's Mojo Monday challenge.  The base of my card is white cardstock backed in sherbert orange cardstock.  I added a strip of sherbert orange. I added a piece of white sheer ribbon across the bottom of the strip and then backed it in white and then backed again in sherbert orange.  I punced the edge of the last layer using an eyelet lace border punch. I added the completed strip to the right side of the card and added a bow made out of the same white sheer ribbon.  I colored the image using crayola and prisma colored pencils. I colored the fairy's hair black for the coloring black hair challenge at Make It Colourful.  I cut the image out using a circle template and backed it in sherbert orange.  I created the sentiment on my computer. I backed it in sherbert orange and added it to the bottom of my card.  I created the flowers using the Mother's Day Bouquet Cricut cartridge.  I cut one type of flower out of white and the other out of sherbert orange.  I created the finished flower by adding one of the sherbert orange flowers ontop of the white flower and attatching it with a white brad.  To finish my card I added 3 light orange pearls to the left bottom corner just under the sentiment.

Pati's Kisses

I created this Mother's Day card using Pati's Kisses digital stamp from Elisabeth Bell Designs for the Mother's Day challenge at Elisabeth Bell's World.  I used the sketch from Card Patterns.
The colors I used on my card are from the brown, pink and cream color challenge at The Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge. The base of my card is a pink floral patterned paper backed in brown cardstock.  I added a strip of brown cardstock to the bottom of the card. To the strip of brown I added a piece of cream cardstock that I punched using an eyelet lace border punch.  I added a piece of brown ribbon to where the brown strip and cream strip meet.  I added a piece of the same brown ribbon coming down the middle of the card from the top.  I colored the image using crayola and prisma colored pencils. I backed the image in brown cardstock, then in sugar n spice cardstock (pink) and then again in cream cardstock. I added the image to the card and then added a bow made out of the brown ribbon to the top of the image. I typed the sentiment out on my computer and backed it the same way that I backed the image.  I added 3 cream pearls between the image and the sentiment.  I also added a cream pearl to each side of the ribbon that runs across the card.

Birthday Card

I made this birthday card for an elderly lady in our church.  The image that I used is from Mo's Digital Pencil Too and is called Angellina's Balloons.  I thought that this image was perfect for the carnival theme challenge at Mo's Digital Challenges.  I used the sketch from Sketch and Stash.  This week you chose which sketch you wanted to use out of their previous sketches. I chose sketch #30.
The base of my card is sugar n spice cardstock, backed in white and then backed again in bright green. I added a strip of striped patterned paper backed in white.  I punched the bottom of the white using an eyelet lace border punch.  I added that to the top of the card. At the bottom of the card I added a strip of sherbert orange cardstock backed in white.  I colored the image using crayola and prisma colored pencils. I backed the image and the sentiment in bright green and then again in white cardstock.  I added green sprinkles (from Annabelle Stamps) to the sherbert orange strip.

Baby Girl

Here is another baby card. This one using Baby Fairy Flora from Mo's Digital Pencil Too. The sketch that I used is from this week's challenge at The Sweet Stop. There is a spin on the sketch this week which is to use winged things. To create the base of my card I inked the edges of white cardstock using pastel pink chalk ink and backed it in berry blush cardstock. I added a strip of pink and white stripped patterned paper across the middle. I punched a strip of berry blush using a lace heart border punch and added it to the bottom of the stripped paper. I added a piece of thin white ribbon to the bottom of the stripped paper. I cut a piece of pink and white dotted patterned paper and cut a piece of white and inked it up just like the base. I colored the image using crayola and prisma colored pencils. I inked the edges and added crystal stickles to the wings. I cut the sentiment out in an oval and inked the edges. I added them to the middle of the card. To finish off the card I added two pink heart pearls to the white block of cardstock. I also added two pink paper flowers to the bottom corner of the image and added a pink button flower to the center of each.
