A Birthday Card

This is a birthday card that I made today.  
I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Paper: White Cardstock, Black Cardstock, Gemstone Gem Jade Cardstock

Embellishments: Nicole Crafts Black Gemstones, Nicole Crafts Green Gemstones, Queen & Co Black & White Striped Ribbon

Tools: Martha Stewart Butterfly Punch, EK Success 1 3/8" Circle Punch
