Patchwork Puppy & Her Bone

This is my card for this week's challenge at Karen's Doodles Netherlands. The challenge is to create patchwork on your project. The Sketch that I used is from All Sorts. The image that I used is Puppy And Her Bone which is perfect for Penny's Paper Crafty Challenge which is something with a dog. I am also entering this into the challenge at Bee Crafty which is pink and girly.
